GMCF has partnered with the Vermont Senior Games to run an outdoor doubles tournament on Sunday, June 2nd at the Barre Town outdoor courts and we're inviting you to join the action. And although this event is a collaboration with VSG, this event is open to ALL ages!

Some details about the tourney...

You will register as an individual, but you will be playing doubles pickleball
This event is gender-neutral and athletes will be sorted based on playing ability
You will be matched up with a variety of other players throughout the tournament
There is a morning and an afternoon division, but everyone registers for the same event
The morning group will be for 3.0 to 4.0 players and the afternoon is for 4.0+ players
Players on the cusp of levels you should be prepared to be assigned to either group
If you are also registering for the VSG singles tournament on Saturday the cost only $10
For all non-senior registrants and those not competing Saturday, registration is $35
All proceeds go toward the Vermont Senior Games operating budget

This "Mix-Up" tournament format is designed to be a fun way to play with a bunch of different people of a similar ability level during a 3-hour stretch of time. To learn more about the details we have created an informational video that explains the basics...
