Hey GMCF Players - the following blurb is a great public service announcement that Donna R. posted on the Barre Player Lineup boards that applies to all of us looking to communicate to our fellow players, and it rings true for us as well, especially when we get into our busy season this fall...

"Did you know that when you want to communicate about an event, you can add a comment for that event only instead of sending a message to all? You just need to click on the event, scroll down to the bottom and add a comment, click Urgent Message checkbox, click Urgent Email checkbox, then choose 'IN' in the Quick Options at the top. This will select only the individuals that have signed 'In' for that event. Then click OK, then click post a comment. This will eliminate all of the playerlineup notifications going out to everyone. Thanks in advance for your help."

This is great advice and will help everyone's inboxes stay clutter free!
