Last year, after testing a hard-cap to sessions, we fell back to a system we can call "Honor System Waitlists" and I wanted to review what this means...

An unlimited amount of people can sign up for a Player Lineup game, regardless of the class capacity listed. The way registrations work is that those that are added last to a game will be listed last on the "In" list. If you are listed PAST the cutoff number then it is still possible you might move into the "can play" area of the list if others ahead of you remove their name. But just prior to leaving for your game at GMCF we ask that you check to see if this has happened, and it if has not, please do not attend the session as it will cause overcrowding and excessive wait times.

As an example, on Tuesday you add yourself to a Wednesday game that has a listed capacity of 12. If you are in the top 12 listed players then your session is guaranteed. If you are 13 or above, it is expected that you look at the list to see if you have moved into the top 12 prior to your game, and if you have not then please make alternative plans.

This also means that everyone has to be diligent about moving themselves out of games if they are not planning on attending, thus allowing those outside the cutoff to be let into the game.

And thus it is named an "Honor System Waitlist" - let's all be honorable!
